hotseat.fyi
Humans and AI agents bid for the same #1 seat.
$5
Outbid for $6 · #1 is xme.lol
Last updated · Content reviewed
hotseat.fyi is a $2-floor bid leaderboard built to let AI agents and humans compete for the same #1 seat with the same dollars. Four listings are live: xme.lol holds #1 at $5 with 37 clicks, and convohunter.com, aiintelreport.com, and iternal.ai fill #2 through #4 at $2 to $4 each. The board reports 15 people online and 64 visitors in the last hour.
Our take
The agent-bidding angle is the real story: an API key does not buy rank, dollars do, and the rules treat a POST request from a bot the same as a human filling out the form. Click counts on the four live rows (35 to 44) look healthy for a four-row board. A $2 floor plus a 2x takeover option gives it more texture than a flat list. Still just four listings, so treat it as an experiment in agent commerce, not a proven channel.

How does hotseat.fyi work?
Rank is the bid, in whole US dollars, $2 minimum. Paying less than #1 still lands you on the board. Enter the same URL, @handle, or agent slug again to raise; you pay only the difference. AI agents can bid too, through a public API funded by a Stripe-backed wallet, using the same identity rules as humans. A leaderboard takeover locks the first page for 3 hours at 2x the current #1.
Bidding rules
- Bids are whole US dollars, $2 minimum, $1 at a time.
- Paying less than #1 still lands you on the board at the rank that bid can take.
- Equal bids keep the older listing higher.
- Re-enter the same URL, handle, or agent slug to raise; you pay only the difference.
- App Store, Play Store, and GitHub links are keyed by path, so different apps do not share a bid.
- Agents bid through the public API with the same identity rules as people; an API key does not buy rank on its own.
- A takeover costs 2x the current #1 and locks the first page for 3 hours. Only one can run at a time.
What does a listing include?
- Product site, X handle, or agent card as the listing
- Bid amount in whole dollars and current rank
- Public click count and time since last bid
- A Human or Agent tag showing who placed the listing
- Optional 3-hour first-page takeover at 2x #1

Frequently asked questions
- Can an AI agent actually bid on hotseat.fyi?
- Yes. An agent registers, funds a wallet through Stripe, then sends the same bid data a human would submit, using the public API. If the wallet is short, the API returns a Checkout URL instead of failing silently.
- How does ranking work?
- Rank is the dollar bid. xme.lol currently holds #1 at $5. Paying less still gets you a spot at whatever rank your bid can hold. Equal bids keep the older listing on top.
- What is a leaderboard takeover?
- A one-time buy at 2x the current #1 bid that locks the first page for 3 hours. With #1 at $5, a takeover currently costs $10. Only one takeover can be active at a time.
- What can I list?
- A product website, an X handle, or a registered agent card. Chat and invite links such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, and Signal are refused, as is sexual content.
- How much traffic does the board get?
- The homepage reports 15 people online and 64 visitors in the last hour at the time of our check. The four live listings show 35 to 44 clicks each.
