appbid.lol is a parked domain listed for sale, not an active pay-to-rank board. The entire page is a for-sale notice with a contact form for interested buyers; there is no leaderboard, bid form, or listing of any kind.
Our take
There is nothing to review as a pay-to-rank board here: the domain itself is for sale, and whatever board may have existed under this name previously is not currently live. Treat this as an inactive or discontinued listing until, if ever, it relaunches under new ownership.
